In the early 2000s, Sani and Ramiz went into the business of buying and renovating fixer-uppers in Des Moines, Iowa. And the day they finished their first house, they knew building would be their next endeavor. After buying, restoring and
selling a many more homes, they also realized there was something far more special about designing and building homes from the ground up. From there, Una Homes was born.
Una Homes discovered that the true vision was in designing and building fully custom homes the way their customers wanted them. Not close to what they wanted—exactly what they wanted, at a price and quality level no other builder was delivering. They also learned that this is much easier said than done, which is why so few builders have tried to do it.
